Charging solutions for companies
Charging stations for companies.
Matched to your needs and future growth.
We look at how many cars need to charge, who pays the charging costs and how much power your building has available. We coordinate the charging points and subsequent expansion accordingly. We install and set up the charging location ourselves.

First determine usage and capacity
A business charging location starts with use, power and management.
A business charging solution must charge vehicles on time without unnecessarily burdening your connection or daily operations. Service vehicles that leave in the evening have a different charging rhythm than pool vehicles that remain parked all night. Visitors, employees with a home charging allowance and public charging points also each require a different approach to access, measurement and reporting.
We measure or estimate the existing building consumption, check the electrical installation and determine how much energy the vehicles need during their parking time. Dynamic load balancing distributes the remaining power among the active charging points. This way you can often charge more cars without constantly providing maximum power to each charging point. If a heavier mains connection or extra distribution board is necessary, we will explain why.
Easee Charge Pro is made for locations that can expand. The certified energy meter (MID) supports auditable billing or reimbursement. The hardware is standard V2G-ready, prepared for bidirectional charging. A linked management platform controls who is allowed to charge, registers consumption and processes charging costs. The connection with the charging station is made via the open communication standard OCPP.
Design and budget
What determines a business charging location?
The charging points are just one part. A good plan brings together the electrical installation, users and daily operations.
Building and connection
We look at your connection, the power consumption of your building, the distribution boards and the available space. This way we know how many vehicles can be loaded safely and how you can expand later.
Fleet and parking time
The number of vehicles, battery size, daily kilometers and hours on site determine how much energy is required before departure.
Number of charging points
Not every parking space needs to charge at full power at the same time. Smart distribution matches the number of active charging sessions to what the location can handle.
Measurement and refund
Different agreements regarding measurement and payment apply to service vehicles, lease vehicles, visitors and public charging. The MID meter is included as standard with Charge Pro. We tailor access management and the connection with a charging station manager to your users and settlement.
Cables and earthworks
Distances, trenches, drilling, mounting posts, impact protection and distribution boards strongly affect scheduling and price, so we assess them early.
Install now, expand later
We agree on what we post now and what we prepare for later. This allows additional charging points to be added without re-constructing the entire installation.
From need to charging location
This is how we approach a business charging project.
You get one plan for the charging points, the works, the daily management and a later expansion.
- 01
Determining usage and growth
We discuss vehicles, parking duration, employees, visitors, reimbursement and expected growth. This makes it clear what the charging location must be able to do every day.
- 02
Technically investigate the location
We look at the connection, the 15-minute consumption, the distribution boards, cable routes, network coverage and parking facilities. For larger projects, this includes a site visit and targeted measurements.
- 03
Determine the plan and sequence of the works
We record where the charging points and cables will be located, how we secure the installation and how charging is arranged. You also see how expansion remains possible and what costs are associated with materials or external services.
- 04
Install and put into use
We carry out the work, set the location and charging points, test the controls and guide administrators with access and reporting. After that, we remain the technical point of contact.
Distribute power between building and vehicles
Load balancing distributes the available power.
A company's energy use changes throughout the day. The consumption of machines, heating, ventilation, cooling, kitchen and heat pumps takes priority over charging. Automatic power distribution, or load balancing, monitors the available power and distributes the rest among the vehicles. If the building requires more power, the charging capacity temporarily decreases. If space becomes available, it can rise again.
This does not mean that every location with a small connection can grow indefinitely. We check how much energy vehicles need during their parking time and the minimum power required by each active car. This way we see when smart distribution is sufficient, when we need to plan charging sessions and when extra capacity is needed in the grid connection or distribution boards.
- Priority for the safe operation of the building and main security.
- Distribution among active charging points according to available capacity.
- Insight into peaks and real energy needs before departure.
- Technical basis to which additional charging points can be connected later.
Correctly measure and reimburse consumption
Automatic home charging reimbursement, with no subscription fees.
Have your employees' home charging costs automatically registered, processed and reimbursed via our own CPO platform: the online management platform for your charging points. Laadnatie does not charge any subscription fees or platform fees for this.
A charging point can work excellently technically but still cause administrative problems. Who is allowed to load? Who pays for the electricity? Does the employer have to reimburse kWh charged at home, are sessions charged internally or do you want visitors to pay? These questions determine the charging model, meter and platform.
For a verifiable measurement, Charge Max and Charge Pro use an integrated MID class B meter. OCPP enables connection to a management platform. We check the business charging card and ensure the correct connection. For home charging compensation, our platform takes care of the administration and VAT processing and the compensation is paid the following month. Costs from the contract of an external charging card provider remain separate.
Business installer in Flanders and Brussels
We install business charging points throughout Flanders and Brussels.
We realize business charging solutions in West and East Flanders, Antwerp, Flemish Brabant, Limburg and Brussels. For an initial estimate, a single-wire diagram, quarter-hour consumption, photos of the distribution boards and a plan of the parking lot are often sufficient. For the final design, we examine the location on site where necessary.
We are also looking at projects in Wallonia. There we prepare the installation via photos or a video call. Do you have multiple locations? Then provide us with the addresses, the desired number of parking spaces and your growth plan.

Frequently asked questions about charging stations for companies.
How many charging stations can we have installed on our existing connection?
This does not only depend on the connected load. We look at the consumption of the building and fleet, when vehicles are present and how much energy they need before departure. Power control distributes the available capacity among the charging points. Easee Charge Pro supports up to 101 charging points per circuit, but your electrical installation and desired charging time determine how many cars receive sufficient power at the same time.
Read how power is distributed across charging pointsCan employees and visitors be managed separately?
Yes. You can arrange access per user, charging card or management platform. We agree in advance which charging points are private, shared or public and who gets what rights. If the chosen platform supports this, you can monitor consumption per employee, vehicle or cost center.
Read how open, public and private loading differDo business charging stations need a MID meter?
A MID meter is important when the measured kWh must be reliable and verifiable for reimbursement or invoicing. Not every internal charging point needs such a meter. We look at who pays, what information your employer, leasing company or charging station manager needs and whether the management platform works with the meter. Charge Max and Charge Pro have an integrated MID class B meter.
Learn when a MID meter is neededCan home charging sessions be automatically charged to the employer?
Yes. We connect the home charger to our charging point management platform. The employee starts with the employer's or company's charging card, after which the session is charged to the usual charging card invoice. The home charging allowance will be paid on the following month's 27th. Laadnatie does not charge any subscription fees or platform fees for this; any costs of the external charging card provider are separate from this.
Read how automatic home charging reimbursement worksCan a charging plaza be expanded later?
Yes, if we take cable routes, distribution boards, communications and power control into account from the start. We discuss not only the current number of electric cars, but also the expected growth of your fleet and visitors. At the same time, we avoid making too large an investment that remains unused for years. This way you can lay the right foundation now and add charging points as soon as they are needed.
Read how to technically prepare for expansionDoes Laadnatie also arrange follow-up after installation?
Yes. We set the charging location, provide administrators with explanations and remain available for remote technical assistance. Because we prepare and install the installation ourselves, we know the circuits, charging points and energy management. For automatic home charging reimbursement we use our own CPO platform without subscription fees or platform costs. For other business or public connections, we make any external services and costs clear in advance.
